Return Policy

Tower Garden HOME and Tower Garden FLEX

We accept returns of unused Tower Gardens within 30 days of receipt. Prior approval and a prepaid return shipping label from Tower Garden are required. Returns must include all original parts. A $75 restocking fee will be deducted from the refund, which will be issued once the return is received and processed by our warehouse. Refunds will be applied to the original payment method only excluding restocking fee and freight.

Family Garden

Unopened Family Gardens can be returned within 30 days of receipt. Prior approval and a prepaid return shipping label from Tower Garden are required. Returns must include all original parts. A $225 restocking fee will be deducted from the refund, which will be issued once the return is received and processed by our warehouse. Refunds will be applied to the original payment method only excluding restocking fee and freight.

Community Garden –are non-returnable and non-refundable.

LED Grow Lights

LED Grow Lights can be returned within 30 days of receipt. Prior approval and a prepaid return shipping label from Tower Garden are required. Returns must include all original parts, including lamps. A $25 restocking fee will be deducted from the refund, which will be issued once the return is received and processed by our warehouse. Refunds will be applied to the original payment method only excluding restocking fee and freight.

Extension Kits

Extension Kits can be returned within 30 days of receipt. Prior approval and a prepaid return shipping label from Tower Garden are required. A $35 restocking fee will be deducted from the refund, which will be issued once the return is received and processed by our warehouse. Refunds will be applied to the original payment method only.

Dolly

Dolly returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt. Prior approval and a prepaid return shipping label from Tower Garden are required. A

Support Cages

Support Cages can be returned within 30 days of receipt. Prior approval and a prepaid return shipping label from Tower Garden are required.
